I always try to put something worth reading in the artist's comments box. But lately, I feel like I should let the picture speak for it's self (except when necessary, you know?) so I'm trying to take a more simplistic approach on a something I'm a perfectionist about.

anyway, i have one of these plants in my back yard and i've tried numerous times to take pictures of it... in summer, anyway.
well you just succeeded, and i failed.

I'm kind of slowed down artistically lately...nothing is really inspiring me anymore. I want to write really badly, I want to take pictures really badly but nothing is jumping out at me or really bringing words to mind at all.
I'm kind of stuck in artistic sludge.
I like looking at your pictures because they remind me that this won't last forever.
